The risk management team’s principal is to organise surveys to provide an objective and impartial assessment of the risks and suggest risk improvement recommendations for the benefit of the Insured.

Risk Inspection and Policy Audit:
It includes physical inspection of the Plants / Warehouses by qualified Risk Engineer (Employee of UIB) the Physical report and audit of existing policy (Gap analysis) helps to identify the covers need to incorporate, and also to identify the areas of improvements
Electrical & Safety Audit:
Electrical audits help to minimize the use of electricity and its wastage. Safety Audits are conducted for the purpose of health, safety, and fire hazard identification.
During these surveys, assessments are made for compliance to applicable regulations and fire codes as well as the detection of unsafe hazards
Plant Valuation:
A thorough exercise to identify the replacement cost of manufacturing plants is very relevant to avoid underinsurance at the time of claim
Thermography:
Thermography is a visual method of illustrating invisible heat energy This is typically captured using an infrared camera, which displays a map of the temperature variations emitted by all objects
